Elgin

Seamount acquired a 4 acre site in Ashgrove Road, Elgin which is zoned in the Local Development Plan for residential, industrial and commercial uses.

Part of the site is let to Arnold Clark and Seamount submitted a planning application in June 2020 for the first phase of a proposed Trade Counter development.

Seamount agreed pre-let terms with Howdens Joinery for a new 10,000sqft trade depot. Construction has commenced on site. Completion due in July 2021.

Phase 2 planning application for 7,500sqft of Class 6 use has been submitted to Moray Council. A further Phase 3 planning application comprising a 3,500sqft Trade Counter use will be submitted in April 2021.

Seamount have agreed pre-let terms with the Cooperative Food Group for a new 4,500sqft convenience store subject to planning permission being granted. The site is located in the centre of Sandwick and is well placed to provide a new convenience store for local residents.

Seamount have agreed pre-let terms with the Cooperative Food Group for a new 4,500sqft convenience store subject to planning permission being granted. The site is located in East Voe, Scalloway just off the B9074 with good visibility onto the main A970 road.
